Amazon FBA Pallet L x W x H Requiments
Here’s the maximum Length x Width x Height limit for any standard sized FBA pallet dimension:
Pallet dimensions:
- Length: 48 inches (122 cm)
- Width: 40 inches (102 cm)
- Height: 72 inches (182.5 cm) maximum – this includes the wood pallet underneath the load
Overall, this means that products on pallet must not spill over the edges of the pallet. It’s important to understand, in the context of your master carton packaging.
For example, you may have cartons that meet these dimenions – but they may be holding pillows inside. If that’s the case, the structural integrity of your cartons will ultimately subccum to the weight of products stacked on top of your bottom cartons. This causes them to bow and spill over the edges of a pallet. So make sure to review your master carton packaging with your supplier to determine how much weight your bottom levels of a pallet can handle when stacking cartons ontop.
Note – there are no minimums to a pallets Length, Width, or Height. However there are minimums to a pallet’s weight.

In fact, it’s quite often that a 3PL or prep center will received oversized pallets that are too tall and overweight for the sake of cutting down on shipping costs. Therefore, the staff will need to custom build new pallets that match Amazon’s requirements to ship an LTL order into a fulfilment center.
Note – Amazon requires a minmum weight of 150lbs per pallet to secure a pick up from one of their carriers.
